Thanks for joining

our performance!

TUESDAY 28 JULY 18H CET

Participants to our third programme, which was hosted online, shared their stories recently with a receptive audience !

The theme for our performance was "The Thread and the Tapestry", how our "small" stories fit into the bigger picture of the world and it's challenges.

Bravo to our courageous participants who put all they had learnt into practice to leave us all very proud and inspired.

Strength in vulnerability, daring to change direction, helping others.. and ourselves were just a sample of the themes covered.

As one invitee commented - to speak on a personal subject, in a second language, in front of an audience, is not an easy thing -

Congratulations to you all !

VISION

Integrating into a new country is not easy, especially as a young refugee who has had to leave family, friends and careers back in their home country.

The level of unemployment among refugees in Switzerland remains around 80%. It is a true waste of talent!

We believe an essential step is to build self-confidence to access the opportunities available.

MISSION

Refugee Voices is a program designed for migrants and refugees who would like to improve their confidence, to better integrate into their new lives here in Switzerland.

That means finding the confidence to learn the language, to make friends, to find work, and to become a leader in the Swiss migrant community.
